Agarwood Jewelry Sales Terms and Conditions

1. General Provisions
   1.1 These terms apply to all agarwood jewelry products sold by us (including but not limited to agarwood bead necklaces, agarwood bracelets, agarwood pendants, hereinafter referred to as the “Products”). They take effect from the date you confirm your purchase order and constitute a legally binding contract between you and us.
   1.2 Before purchasing the Products, you should carefully read and fully understand these terms, especially the sections regarding return restrictions. Once the purchase is completed, it is deemed that you have accepted all provisions of these terms without any objection.
2. Natural Characteristics of Agarwood Products
   2.1 Agarwood, as a naturally formed precious material and fragrance, is influenced by natural factors such as growth environment, resin formation time, and oil content. Each piece of agarwood jewelry is unique:

• Grain: The natural grain of agarwood has no fixed pattern; variations in wood grain depth and oil line distribution exist, and no two products are “exactly the same.”
• Color: Due to differing oil content, agarwood color may range from light yellow-brown to dark brown or black with gradient effects. Prolonged wear will cause natural patina changes due to body oils and environmental temperature, which is a normal natural phenomenon.
• Fragrance: The scent of agarwood comes from the evaporation of its natural internal oils. Different producing regions and resin formation methods result in varying aromas (such as sweet, mellow, milky), and fragrance intensity may slightly fluctuate with changes in environmental temperature and humidity, which is a natural attribute.
• Texture: Natural agarwood contains both loose and dense textures. Some products may have minor natural pores or cracks (not quality defects). These features do not affect normal use and instead serve as proof of natural authenticity.

2.2 Due to the above natural characteristics, agarwood jewelry may undergo irreversible changes after sale caused by the following factors, making it impossible to restore the product to its original sale condition:

• Touch and wear: Body oils and sweat from hands adhere to the agarwood surface, altering its original color and fragrance intensity.
• Environmental impact: Exposure to humidity, high temperatures, or odors may cause agarwood to absorb external smells or experience slight expansion and contraction due to humidity changes.
• Storage methods: Failure to follow our care instructions (such as not using sealed bags or exposure to chemicals) may damage the agarwood texture.

3. Return and Exchange Restrictions
3.1 Considering the natural uniqueness and variability of agarwood jewelry, all sales are final with no returns or exchanges accepted unless there is a quality issue. This includes but is not limited to:

• Dissatisfaction with natural attributes such as grain, color, or fragrance intensity.
• Color changes or slight fragrance weakening caused by personal wear or improper storage.
• Return requests due to subjective reasons such as changes in personal taste or needs after purchase.
• Damage to packaging or missing accessories (e.g., gifts, care manuals) not caused by us.

3.2 We will provide after-sales solutions only under the following statutory quality issues, excluding “returns”:

• If the product has obvious non-natural damage upon receipt (such as breakage or bead detachment), and you provide complete video and photo evidence at the time of receipt, and after our verification it is confirmed to be a production quality issue, we will offer “free repair” or “replacement with the same model (subject to stock availability).”
• If an authoritative institution (mutually recognized agarwood authentication agency) certifies the product as “non-natural agarwood material” (e.g., synthetic or other wood impersonation), we will provide a “full refund” in accordance with the Consumer Rights Protection Law.

3.3 If you claim a quality issue, you must contact our customer service within 48 hours of receiving the product and provide clear photos and videos of the product’s appearance and damaged parts (including full product identification and purchase order number). Failure to provide valid evidence within the time limit will be deemed as no quality issue, and we will no longer process related claims.

4. Product Inspection and Care Responsibility
   4.1 Upon receipt, you should immediately unpack and inspect the product to confirm that the appearance, quantity, and accessories match the order description and that there is no obvious non-natural damage. If any issues are found, you must record an inspection video on site (continuous and complete, including the unboxing process, full product view, and details) and contact our customer service within 24 hours. Failure to inspect on site or report within the time limit will be deemed as acceptance of the product.
   4.2 We will provide an “Agarwood Jewelry Care Card” with the product, detailing daily wear, storage, and cleaning methods (such as avoiding contact with water, perfume, cosmetics, and sealing the product when not worn for long periods). You should follow the care instructions. Damage caused by failure to follow these recommendations will be your responsibility, and we will not provide repair or compensation services.
5. Other Provisions
   5.1 Matters not covered in these terms shall be governed by the Civil Code of the People’s Republic of China, the Consumer Rights Protection Law, and other relevant laws and regulations. In case of any conflict between these terms and laws, the laws shall prevail.
   5.2 If you have any questions about these terms, you may contact our customer service for consultation before purchase. After purchase, you may not refuse to comply with these terms on the grounds of “not understanding the terms.”
   5.3 We reserve the right to revise these terms in response to changes in laws, regulations, or product characteristics. Revised terms will be published on our official platform. New orders placed after the publication will be subject to the revised terms, while completed orders will be governed by the original terms.
